I've been desperate for relief of neck and shoulder pain I've had for years. I had a disc replaced in my neck several years ago, but the pain did not decrease as I had hoped. The doctor says I should have another disc replaced, but it didn't help much the first time, and I'm not going through that again. I stumbled across Milburn Made, after seeing so many good things about magnesium across different social media platforms. I figured why not try this? I chose Milburn Made because it’s local to me and not some random person located who knows where on social media. I noticed a decrease in pain immediately! (Bonus-it helps me sleep, too!)I told my dad about this product as he also has neck pain. His was so severe that his head leaned a little to one side. I am happy to say his head doesn't lean to the side anymore and he also reports a huge decrease in pain and discomfort. My step mom kept getting a Charlie horse and she used this and hasn't had any more issues with leg cramps.
